Speaking to the BBC she described a horrific scene: "I stayed one hour with two women holding their hands; one was having her leg... Well, the truck drove on it... it was horrible. "The other women was bleeding [like] crazy.
There was one dead guy with... We put a tablecloth of the restaurant over him. There were two children... there were about ten people, one dead and eight, nine people injured around us."

انتشرت اللقطات الاولى للحظة قيام شاحنة بدهس حشد من المحتفلين في مدينة نيس الفرنسية، الهجوم الذي خلف مئات القتلى والجرحى. وقد ارتفع عدد قتلى حادث الدهس في نيس بفرنسا مساء الخميس الى 80 قتيلا، حيث قال مسؤولون إن المهاجم اصاب العشرات ايضا عندما انطلق بشاحنة مسرعة صوب حشد كان يشاهد عرضا للألعاب النارية خلال الاحتفال بالعيد الوطني الفرنسي. وذكرت وسائل الإعلام المحلية أن المحققين المختصين بمكافحة الإرهاب يقودون التحقيق في الهجوم وقال مسؤول محلي إن الشاحنة التي استخدمت في عملية الدهس كان بها أسلحة وقنابل.
