Texas state highway closure rainfall - Texas Floods Leave Two Dead

At least two people are dead and three more are missing after heavy rains brought massive flooding to southeastern Texas Thursday night. Brenham Fire Department spokeswoman Angela Hahan told NBC News that In washington county, one person drowned, while a second suffered a heart attack and went missing. Over 20 inches of rain were brought upon the area, closing upwards of 50 roads in the county. Hahan continued to state that teams are continuing their search for the missing person in eastern washington county.
